We specialise in WordPress content management system (CMS) but can work with almost any system. Over the years we have developed Drupal, Joomla, good old html and even large custom developed websites. We are masters of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) which controls the design of most websites.
We started and operated our business from Sydney for over 10 years. We relocated to Wollongong for a change of pace in 2010 and then to Taree in 2015. Taree was one of the first locations in Australia to enjoy fibre to the home NBN services making it an ideal location for a web design studio.
WordPress
WordPress has developed far past it’s blogging roots. It’s still very good at blogging but most of the websites we build with WordPress are not blogs. It’s so friendly customers actually use the CMS. It is the most popular CMS in the world powering nearly 20% of all websites. There are cheap or free plugins available for almost every requirement you could imagine including full eCommerce.
Managed Web and Email Hosting services
We offer web and email hosting services for our web design/development customers. We don’t require your website to be on our server but it helps with our ongoing support. Please speak to us about the options.
Is WordPress secure?
Almost everything on the web is attacked daily. Attacks are mostly looking to exploit basic setup mistakes. All our sites are hardened against common attacks and we offer added services to further make sure the safety of your website.
We employ a wide range of secuirty systems to protect the websites we build and maintain.
If you don’t wish to upgrade sites yourself we offer maintenance services. We recommend Security Certificate (SSL)s on all websites even if you aren’t doing eCommerce. Our hosting plans inlcude SSL at no extra charge. There are more advanced SSL options that require additinal verification of idenity.
Newsletters
Email newsletters are a great way to keep in touch with your customers and boost web traffic. We design and develop email templates for newsletters. We recommend MailChimp but can work with any system you choose. MailChimp is free for email lists up to 2000 addresses. It’s editing, list management and reporting are excellent and can be integrated with your website.
