I’ve spent the day at the UNSW CBD Campus doing the Google Engage Bootcamp 301 with Loves Data. As always it was well run and very informative. Now I just need to implement all the new knowledge before Google changes it all again!
The 301 Bootcamp focussed on Display Network advertising including very powerful remarketing techniques. Remarketing has a bit of a bad rap with those that know what it does. However, when used responsibly it has a very legitimate job of reminding customers that have already shown interest in your products/brand while they might still be in the decision process period. With great power comes great responsibility π
Main lesson learned was – get of the train at Martin Place instead of Central.
